At Seranova, we stand behind the quality of our micro-infusion technology and want you to achieve your best skin results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened system kits.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the Seranova device and any unused serum ampoules are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
